A process in and of images
AwakenArts approaches individuation through the visibility of symbolic forms. Images that emerge through poetry are amplified and then encountered through reflection, giving unconscious content a more conscious frame.
Using relevant existing imagery first so the site can go live without waiting on full asset preparation.
Poem form
The poem holds visual structure as well as verbal content.
Emergent figure
A symbolic shape appears through the form rather than being deliberately illustrated.
Amplification
The emergent figure is developed into image so it can be observed more fully.
Conscious encounter
Reflection creates a bridge between the image and conscious awareness.
