Duality, Heads and Tails

The poem, The Dragon Fight, is about a dragon unaware of the two sides to his nature. He fights himself to the finish, head against tail, tail against head.

"Like two sides of a golden coin, the sides were made to live as one." "The Dragon Fight"

The Evil Dragon

We're all fighting dragons everyday.

We can think of dragons as symbols of the dark side of life, the dark side of others, and the dark side of us.

"Heroes confront dragons, and these dragons can be of many kinds." Carol S. Pearson, Awakening the Heroes Within
